McClaren Drops Walcott Hint

Steve McClaren has dropped a fair sized hint that Theo Walcott could get a senior England recall for one of the two friendlies before Euro 2008 Qualifying resumes in March 2007.
"We will use the two friendlies effectively and maybe our approach will be different in some respects," said McClaren.
"The personnel will maybe have to be different. We have to look at the young talent coming through and there's a lot of it. There are players in the Under-21s knocking on the door and we will be looking at them very, very closely."
With Walcott looking so impressive for the Under 21s recently, this must mean the lad will be getting his (second) chance in the senior squad, hopefully on the left flank.
England have a game away to Holland in November, and home friendly (though no opposition
as yet) in February.
