Under -14 Soccer Teams From P.E.I Doing Well On Second day.

Friday, July 8th, turned out to be a lot better for the boys and girls, under-14 team soccer teams, from Prince Edward Island. They were participating on the second day of the Atlantic All Star under-14 soccer championship, in Charlottetown.
The under-14 soccer team for girls scored 1-0 against Brunswick. The only goal scorer was Emma Clark and the best soccer player chosen was Sami Jo Sentner.
The soccer team for boys also fared well, as they tasted victory against Newfoundland and Labrador soccer team with a score of 2-1. Jordan Dejong of the P.E.I. team was adjudged the best player for the game, as he scored both the goals for the team.
The single goal scorer for Newfoundland and Labrador, was Nathan Rowe.
In other matches on Friday, Nova Scotia team for girls won the match against Newfoundland and Labrador with a score of 5-0.
So far Nova Scotia was leading amongst the girls' team with P.E.I in second place.
In the boys' team Nova Scotia and New Brunswick have a tie for the first position followed by P.E.I team in second.
