
On September 15th an innovative invention by a group of women at Harvard University, called Soccket would be auctioned to bring about a revolutionary change in sports.
Soccket, a soccer ball, gathers energy while playing to power small appliances which is of utmost importance in the developing world. Made with 95 per cent recyclable materials and having a remarkable life span of 3 to 15 years, only a total of 1500 Soccer balls called Socckets would be auctioned globally.
The CEO of Uncharted Play, Jessica O. Matthews stated that they would be able to share a passion of Soccket with their fans without forgetting their main aim to share as many Socckets as possible to the people who actually require them.
The play chief social officer and non profit head at Uncharted, Julia Silverman kept a picture of a resource poor child in mind and developed a soccer ball which is able to make a difference in their life.
