World Cup Star Had Two Wives

iran's Mehdi Mahdavikia, who plays for Hamburg HSV in Germany and is expected to impress for Iran at the World Cup this summer is in a bit of trouble. Mahdavikia married his first wife, Sepideh, eight years ago. He married his second, Samira, last December in Tehran. When Samira discovered what was going on she ditched her half-husband, but Sepideh has stuck with him. Bigamy is illegal in Germany but Mahdavikia won't be prosecuted as both marriages took place in Iran.
