What Have You Done With Sven?

Not sure who the man announcing England's World Cup 23 was yesterday, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't Sven-Goran Eriksson. The real Sven is conservative, boring even. He doesn't pick exciting, uncapped teenagers he picks players he's familiar with. He doesn't pick pacey wide midfielders with the skills to beat a full-back, he picks Emile Heskey.

The real Sven doesn't take gambles, he plays the percentages. The real Sven is Spock-like in his musings, he doesn't say things like "Maybe it's not logic, but sometimes things work out very well without logic."

So, my question for that strange man on television yesterday is:

What have you done with Sven-Goran Eriksson?
