Was That A Headbutt?

Found this footage of the Zidane incident on Soccer-Weblog's schwester site 11 Helden.

I have just one question: is it still technically a "headbutt" if you butt someone in the chest?

I'm pretty sure it all depends on whether the "head" in "headbutt" refers to the weapon or the target, and would love to know.

Answers on a postcard please (though the comments section would be more practical).
