Video: The Joey Barton "Incident"

Here's the video of Man City's joey Barton mooning Everton fans at Goodison Park. It's pretty clear to me that it's all in good fun, but for some reason the FA and Merseyside Police are considering pressing charges, while Didier Zokora's criminal diving goes unpunished.
UPDATE: Looks like the polizei have seen sense and Barton won't be charged with anything. Didier Zokora is still at large though.

Joey Barton is a disgrace. He's always up to no good and this takes the cake! Although 'funny' to watch, it is a lewd act and as a professional and role model he should know better and should be justly punished. I should know, as a 15yr old on a school trip I did the same thing and received a 3 day suspension from school. I accepted the consequences of my actions and dealt with it. I believe a 3 game suspension would case Barton to rethink his actions and not ever do it again.

I don't know what the fuss was about re.Joey Barton showing his Bum, i think it was just a laugh and only a lot of boring old gits would take any offence by it.
