Real Madrid's Ruud van Nistelrooy rejected a call up to the Dutch squad, after Marco van Basten (pictured) selected him to replace Klaas-Jan Huntelaar, and Bayern Munich midfielder Mark van Bommel has told the KNVB (Dutch FA) that he no longer wants to play under the current coaching staff (ie van Basten).
