The 22 year old Brazilian born but California raised center mid currently plays for Hamburg in the Bundesliga, except he mostly doesn't play for Hamburg in the Bundesliga and could probably be snapped up if someone makes them a decent offer.

I venture he'd be a great purchase for any lower level Premiership team (more Americans for Fulham and Reading) and an absolute legend for any Championship club. And if anyone needs any more convincing, Feilhaber will be representing the US again on Thursday, when an understrength team wanders into the Copa America and hopes not to get their asses handed to them by Argentina.
