Manchester City boss Stuart Pearce has come up with a genius idea. He's going to sign Kiki Musampa suggested a "sack window" for managers similar to the transfer window, so teams (basically chairman) could only fire and/or hire managers during January and the summer.
"Maybe somewhere in the future, if you are going to move managers on, you will have to do it during the transfer window," suggested Pearce. "Then at least people would have the chance to get on with their job a little bit."
Good idea though it is, you've got to question the timing. Seems veryconvenient for Pearce to suggest this a week after his team was tonked 4-0 by Wigan…
