Petition To Delay World Cup Until Rooney Recovers

One optimistic soul has started an online petition to delay the World Cup until Wayne rooney is fit. Unfortunately they only have 37 signatures so far, which won't be enough to sway Sepp Blatter and co. Originally spotted by this rather excellent website.
