A global journey…

Johnson joins new look Fulham

Andy Johnson has finally completed his move to Fulham from Everton. It is believed the fee is in the region of £10.5 million.

Johnson scored twenty-two goals in seventy-four appearances for the toffees and for a while looked like becoming a cult hero in the North West.

Last season he struggled with injury and was unable to establish himself in the side. He became increasingly homesick and was looking to relocate his family back to London.

Now, after much confusion, he has finally achieved what he wanted by returning to London and staying in the Premier League.

Johnson becomes Fulham's eleventh signing and is likely to form a strike partnership with Bobby Zamora in a very different looking side.
