Joey Barton Charged!

Joey Barton has been charged with "improper conduct" and "bringing the game into disrepute" by the FA for mooning Everton fans. Video of that incident here.

Proof that the English FA are meaner than Merseyside Police, who wisely decided to let it go. The FA don't realise that if they'd just left it alone, we'd all have forgotten about it by now.
