How To Watch England Games In America

If you're in the USA, the England Euro 2008 qualifiers against Macedonia and Croatia will be shown on Setanta Premium, which is only available in pubs. There's no way to watch it on regular television, as far as I know.
If your local pub doesn't have Setanta Premium or (as in my case) doesn't open in time for the games then have no fear; all is not lost.
You can watch England games on your computer as internet streams, usually via China. You'll have to install some bizarre looking Chinese P2P software, the picture will be small (about the size of a YouTube video) and the commentary will be probably be in Chinese, but you'll be able to see what's going on.
The two best sites I've found are Live Footy and Football Streaming Info. Both are 100% free and both offer a brief how-to, but I recommend getting things sorted early, in case of any technical problems.
Kick off times:
England vs Macedonia, Saturday 7th October, 12 noon (US Eastern Time)
Croatia vs England, Wednesday 11th October, 1 p.m. (US Eastern Time)
Do not, I repeat DO NOT be lured by any of the other sites offering streams in exchange for payment. Those sites are offering the exact same service as these free sites, they shouldn't be charging you anything.
