A global journey…

This video of Brazilian wonderkid Kerlon is currently doing the rounds on the old internet. His seal dribble – where he takes on defenders by bouncing the ball on his head – has drawn plenty oohs and aahs. But I feel like it's my responsibility to point out that it is in fact rubbish.

The kid looks great with his feet (he is Brazilian after all) but has no one else noticed that the video of his seal dribbling consistently cuts away just before Kerlon goes past his man? My assumption, based on many wasted hours watching footy related YouTube videos, is that he gets tackled every time he tries this ridiculous circus trick, and if he ever moves from Cruziero to the Premiership someone like Chelsea's John Terry or whathisname Vidic from Man Utd will flatten the little fella if he tries anything even half as silly.

You’re probably right, but I would certainly pay to see John Terry try to flatten him while he dinks around the pitch.
