One of the things MLS lacks is lively commentary. But ESPN, of all people, are going to solve that this Sunday when they pair ... wait for it ... Bruce Arena and Eric Wynalda in the commentary booth for the already interesting DC United - New England MLS playoff.
Wynalda and Arena have been engaged in a very public war of words ever since Arena's USA team crashed out of World Cup Group E. And though some of his criticisms were valid (definitely too much 4-5-1) the attacks did get a little personal. I mean Arena's not that fat.
Even better, these two outspoken men have yet to have a much needed clear the air talk. The tension in the booth should be electric.

According to one of the New York papers, Wynalda and Arena have "exchanged several emails" since the World Cup and are by no means at one another's throats. (Not that both aren't big enough asses to merit a good verbal attack on the air.)
