Good news, bad news for Paraguay. Bad news is that their all time top scorer Jose Cardoza has pulled out of the World Cup through injury. Good news is that Bayern Munich striker Roque Santa Cruz has been declared fit to play.
I've been a little worried lately that England fans and press have been taking Paraguay too lightly (not sure about Sven). They're a more than decent team, and Santa Cruz will give Ferdinand and Terry plenty to think about, as will Werder Bremen's Nelson Valdez.
