A global journey…

The Premeriship lawyers vs 101GreatGoals blog battle was picked up by the BBC recently. As ever, the Beeb can't be too opinionated, but seems to just about favor the blogsite David to the Premiership Goliath.

Crucially though, at the very bottom of the article is this little tidbit:

The BBC is currently prohibited from showing footage of Premier League goals on its website.

But from next season Match Of The Day and MOTD2 will be streamed on broadband as simulcasts with the TV programmes for UK users – meaning all the Premiership goals will be available online for the first time in the UK.

Great news if you live in the UK, useless if you don't.

This is a great breakthrough if you ask me. It’s about time people who don’t have sky/cable ect can keep up with at least some of the prem. Even if it is just the highlights.
