I saw "Once In A Lifetime" on ESPN last night, and the basic lesson (before it all went wrong) was that big names attract attention. Which explains news from Australia that Adelaide United are chasing Brazlian legend Romario, who is currently doing his soccer missionary work in the US with miami.
Even though he's 40 years old, Romario is still doing the business for Miami, and there's no reason why he couldn't make it happen in Australia.
Less sensibly, the Newcastle Jets are chasing Stan Collymore, who hasn't played professional footy for a while now. And do they even have dogging in Australia? They will soon.
