Yes, you read that right. And no, this isn't an Onion article. Bruce Arena has apologised.
After calling US Soccer president Sunil Gulati a "micromanager" and a "superfan," and generally ripping into his former employers, Bruce has felt a sudden surge of remorse.
Seems Arena called SI writer Grant Wahl, and much like John Favreau in "Swingers" left desperate messages on his machine. Wahl called him back, click here to read Bruce's Apology.
