Adu vs Altidore

It's 17 year old Freddy Adu vs 16 year old Josmer "Jozy" Altidore as the MLS Playoffs get underway today. Half the MLS season I couldn't care less, but the playoffs should be pretty exciting.

It's Adu's first time in the playoffs as a starter, so everyone will be looking to see if he steps up to drive a suddenly out of form DC United team forward.

Altidore has emerged from the shadows to supply a few goals and drag New York Red Bulls into the playoffs recently, after being given his chance in the first team by new coach Bruce Arena (and fair play to Il Bruce for making the best of what was a pretty bad team ).

For reasons best known to MLS, Fox Soccer Channel and ESPN, this game won't be televised nationally. Typical MLS, they don't know something exciting when they've got it.
